Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail or perfume sales and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage customers in a warm and professional manner.
- Provide detailed information on product features, pricing, and after-sales services.
- Stay updated on the latest product launches and in-store promotions.
- Actively upsell and cross-sell to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and visually appealing display area.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges promptly and courteously.
- Educate customers about ongoing promotions, discounts, and loyalty programs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in perfume or retail sales (minimum 2 years).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.

B. Business Development & Client Relationships
- Identify and pursue new travel retail opportunities.
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships in assigned regions.

- Address supply chain issues and escalate concerns to leadership.
C. Brand Management
- Work closely with marketing to execute impactful visual campaigns.
- Implement brand strategies in-store and in-flight to boost visibility.
- Stay ahead of trends to support new product initiatives.
D. Team Leadership
- Supervise Beauty Advisors across regional markets.
- Develop and roll out performance incentive programs.
- Oversee payment collection and invoice settlements.
- Contribute to strategic planning, forecasting, and product development.
