Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the daily operations of the procurement team
- Develop and implement procurement strategies
- Enforce purchasing policies and ensure regulatory compliance
- Source, evaluate, and approve vendors and suppliers
- Maintain records of inventory, pricing, and suppliers
- Negotiate contracts and assess supplier performance
- Coordinate with logistics to resolve supply issues
- Generate budgets, reports, and procurement KPIs
- Support interdepartmental procurement needs
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in UAE’s Food & Beverage procurement
- Valid UAE driving license and personal vehicle
- Strong negotiation and leadership abilities
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Highly organized, analytical, and solution-oriented
- Able to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Ready to join immediately (preferred)
