| Task | Description |

| Billing Preparation | Review sales orders, delivery notes, and all supporting documents prior to billing. |
| Invoice Issuance | Generate and issue accurate, timely invoices for all completed sales transactions. |
| Reporting | Maintain and update daily billing reports, ensuring all billed items align with system records. |
| Reconciliation | Verify and reconcile billed amounts against sales and dispatch records for accuracy. |
| Adjustments | Handle credit notes, cancellations, return notes, and any necessary billing corrections. |
| Month-End Support | Support month-end closing processes and submit finalized billing reports to the Accounts department. |
