Join dnata’s Technical Services Division at Dubai World Central and become a vital part of our logistics and inventory operations. We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Storekeeper to manage spare parts issuance, inventory control, and internal logistics.
Key Responsibilities
- Spare Parts Management: Issue spare parts from the store counter in line with company policies and service standards.
- ERP & Inventory Systems: Accurately update and maintain stock records using ORACLE ERP and related inventory software.
- Stock Control: Monitor and optimize stock levels to reduce holding costs without compromising operational efficiency.
- Goods Receipt & Dispatch: Oversee accurate receipt of inbound shipments and manage dispatches to other dnata locations.
- Stock Audits: Conduct physical inventory checks, investigate discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions.
- Internal Support: Respond promptly to internal customer requests, ensuring effective coordination and issue resolution.
- Logistics Coordination: Facilitate movement of goods between dnata store facilities as required.
Candidate Requirements
- Completion of 12 years of formal education (or equivalent).
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in inventory, procurement, or supply chain roles—aviation/logistics experience preferred.
- Proficiency with automated inventory systems, particularly ORACLE ERP.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
