Position: Storekeeper

The Storekeeper plays a critical role in maintaining smooth workflow throughout the company’s supply chain. The position requires a detail-oriented individual capable of managing inventory flow—from receiving and recording materials to issuing stock efficiently and accurately.

You will join a cooperative and goal-driven team where efficiency and attention to detail are key pillars of success.


Main Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and record all incoming tools, materials, and products.
  • Organize and store inventory items with proper labeling and identification.
  • Maintain accurate stock data using ERP platforms such as SAP, Tally, or other store management systems.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile system records with physical stock.
  • Track material usage and prepare purchase requisitions when needed.
  • Keep the storeroom clean, organized, and compliant with company safety standards.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management.
  • Coordinate stock updates and reorder levels with the Operations Manager.
  • Ensure all stock movement documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Follow all health, safety, and quality control procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Storekeeper, Inventory Clerk, or Warehouse Assistant.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Tally, etc.) and inventory software.
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Strong record-keeping, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
