We're Hiring: Accounts Executive – UAE
We are looking for a dedicated Accounts Executive to join our team in the UAE.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in financial services or money exchange.
- A degree in Accounting or Finance is required. (M.Com/MBA preferred)
- Deadline to Apply: 10th April 2025

Role Overview
As the Manager of Customer Experience & Complaints, you will ensure a seamless customer journey and handle key responsibilities, such as:
Strategy Development: Formulate customer experience strategies to enhance service quality across all channels.
NPS Measurement & Feedback Analysis: Track and analyze Net Promoter Scores (NPS) to drive improvements.
Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Call Center Oversight: Manage call center operations to ensure consistent, high-quality service.
Complaint Resolution: Oversee the complaint resolution process to ensure timely responses.
Compliance: Ensure all processes adhere to company policies and regulatory standards.
