Passion and Drive: Self-motivated and proactive, you thrive on meeting targets and overcoming challenges.

Relevant Experience: At least two years of experience in a 5-star hotel setting, with a good understanding of hotel management software like Opera and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of the local market and culture is essential.

Sales Knowledge: Strong grasp of sales strategies and processes to drive revenue, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Leadership Abilities: Senior positions demand leadership qualities to guide and inspire teams towards success.

Language Skills: Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required. Knowledge of other languages is a plus, particularly for Leisure Sales positions focusing on Europe and CIS markets.
