Role Overview

As a Pharmacist with Emirates Group, you will ensure the safe and accurate delivery of medications, provide professional clinical guidance, prevent prescription errors, and uphold the highest standards of pharmaceutical care. This position demands strong communication skills, precision, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

Medication Management & Patient Care

Dispense prescription and OTC medications independently.
Review patient medication records to ensure accuracy and safety.
Provide treatment for minor health issues (e.g., cough, flu, constipation).
Manage prescriptions issued by external partner clinics.

Clinical Pharmacy & Drug Therapy Management

Ensure correct dosages and quantities are dispensed.
Identify drug interactions and adjust regimens when required.
Advise patients and healthcare staff on indications, contraindications, and side effects.
Prevent prescribing errors and improve patient safety.

Pharmacy Operations & Inventory Control

Coordinate with Senior Pharmacists to maintain optimal stock levels.
Oversee proper storage and minimize wastage.
Conduct expiry audits and maintain profitability.
Update pharmaceutical records, formulary, and safety notices.

Continuous Learning & Development

Attend weekly training and CME programs.
Present cost-effective and innovative pharmacy improvement ideas.

Required Qualifications

Recognized Pharmacy Degree
Valid DHA License
Experience in hospital or community pharmacy
Strong communication and confidentiality handling skills
