About the Role
As an IT Administrator, you'll be responsible for managing IT infrastructure, supporting internal users, and ensuring the seamless operation of all technical systems. If you have 2–4 years of IT experience and thrive in dynamic environments, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain LAN, WAN, and internet systems
- Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and support internal teams
- Install and configure software, servers, routers, and firewalls
- Monitor system performance and resolve outages
- Oversee data backups and disaster recovery procedures
- Coordinate maintenance with vendors and service providers
- Enforce IT security protocols and access controls
- Maintain documentation, asset records, and system logs
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in IT administration or technical support
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux environments
- Strong troubleshooting and networking skills
- Familiarity with cloud services, cybersecurity, and backup tools
- Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Degree/diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)
