✈️ Role Overview: Office Assistant – Customer Affairs
As an Office Assistant in the Customer Affairs department, you'll provide vital administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. Your duties will involve document handling, data entry, and logistical coordination—making you an integral part of the internal workflow.

📝 Key Responsibilities
- Document & Mail Handling: Receive, sort, and distribute all incoming/outgoing mail and paperwork. Ensure accurate and timely delivery, reporting discrepancies if needed.
- Preparation of Materials: Support internal/external communications by printing, scanning, photocopying, binding, and laminating as required.
- Administrative Tasks: Assist with data entry, timekeeping logs, and form management. Maintain accuracy in departmental records.
- Filing & Records Management: Organize and archive documents according to company procedures. Remove outdated or unnecessary files.
- Office Equipment Management: Monitor usage and basic upkeep of office machines (e.g., copiers, scanners, fax machines).
- Stationery Inventory: Manage stock levels and reorder supplies as needed. Maintain issuance records.
- Daily Office Support: Schedule appointments, coordinate with internal departments, and share meeting/interview notifications.
- Driving Support (dnata Travel Management): Occasionally assist with driving duties and ensure the vehicle is well-maintained and presentable.
✅ Candidate Requirements
To succeed in this role, candidates should have:
- Previous experience in administrative or office support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and general computer literacy
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail and time management abilities
