📌 Role Overview: Store Keeper
As a Store Keeper, you will play a crucial role in managing inventory operations, overseeing logistics processes, and ensuring accurate stock control. This role demands a high level of organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate across multiple departments.
🧾 Key Responsibilities
📦 Inventory & Warehouse Management
- Accurately track stock movement using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Monitor inventory trends and ensure timely replenishment of stock
- Conduct regular inventory audits and stock counts
- Identify and report damaged or defective products promptly
🚚 Inbound & Outbound Logistics
- Oversee outbound shipments, ensuring on-time dispatch and accurate paperwork
- Coordinate with freight agents to ensure compliance with import/export procedures
- Verify goods receipt and update stock records in the system
📄 Documentation & Accuracy
- Review customs and ownership transfer documents for export
- Ensure precise data entry and system records
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, couriers, and internal teams
🧾 Sales & Customer Support
- Work closely with CRM and credit departments for invoicing and billing accuracy
- Track shipments and provide real-time updates to customers
- Support sales by ensuring product availability across store locations
🔄 Stock Replenishment
- Manage stock refills for high-demand items
- Ensure correct labeling, stacking, and safety compliance in warehouse storage
🎓 Qualifications & Skills
Education

Experience
