🎯 Job Overview – Porter (EKAS)
As a Porter, you’ll be on the front line of airport ground services, assisting with passenger baggage handling, terminal support, and operational logistics.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload passenger luggage and cargo as per safety procedures.
- Tag and handle baggage appropriately, reporting any damage or incidents.
- Keep designated airport areas clean and organized.
- Distribute trolleys and baby strollers throughout the terminal as needed.
- Replace or report broken/damaged equipment.
- Follow all billing and cash handling processes accurately.
- Wear PPE and follow all health and safety guidelines.
- Assist in handling pharmaceutical cargo in accordance with EU GDP standards (if required).
✅ Candidate Requirements
- Previous porter or baggage handling experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy loads (30kg+).
- Basic English literacy to follow instructions and communicate with passengers.
