About the Role
As a Warehouse Assistant, you will handle both inbound and outbound logistics operations to ensure efficient, accurate, and safe movement of goods.
Key Responsibilities
Inbound Operations
- Unload shipments from containers and move them to storage.
- Unpack, sort, and store items in designated locations.
- Operate bin carts/handling equipment safely.
Outbound Operations
- Pick and pack items as per shipment orders.
- Apply “Made In” stickers when required.
- Load packed goods into containers for dispatch.
- Conduct audits to ensure order accuracy.
General Tasks
- Perform regular quality checks.
- Support ad-hoc warehouse tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum 10th-grade completion.
- Skills: Basic English (read/write/speak) and arithmetic.
- Physical Fitness: Able to handle physically demanding tasks.
- License: UAE forklift or light equipment license preferred.
- Location: Must be currently in the UAE.
- Safety: Willing to wear company uniforms and PPE (safety shoes, jackets, protective gear).
