Job Vacancy – Data Entry Operator (Male)
Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company databases and ERP systems
- Encode new Bill of Materials (BOM) and product recipes
- Manage, sort, and archive company records for quick access
- Assist with report generation and data validation
- Provide basic troubleshooting for ERP-related issues
- Ensure confidentiality and precision in handling sensitive data
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in data entry or a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Familiarity with ERP/database systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Good English communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments
