Job Purpose

The Customer Sales and Service Agent role is a key front-line position focused on providing exceptional client support. The successful candidate will handle enquiries, promote travel services, process reservations, and manage ticketing efficiently—ensuring every customer enjoys a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by handling queries professionally and promptly.
• Promote dnata products, services, and loyalty programmes while tailoring travel solutions to customer needs.
• Maximise revenue by upselling and cross-selling additional travel products.
• Manage reservations, issue tickets, and ensure compliance with airline policies.
• Recommend alternative routes, classes, or carriers to meet client needs.
• Advise customers on passports, visas, insurance, and health requirements.
• Maintain strong client relationships and update them about new offers.
• Ensure compliance with audit standards, DSES, and AlBatross requirements.
• Carry out airline reservation tasks such as pre-flight checks, special service requests (VIP/CIP/UNMR/MEDA), and queue management.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Completion of 12 years of schooling or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year in commercial sales, reservations, or ticketing.
• Skills & Knowledge:
  • Strong geographical knowledge and numerical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and telephone skills.
  • Experience with airline reservation systems and dnata Front Office system.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Languages: Fluency in spoken and written English (mandatory). Knowledge of Arabic or other foreign languages is an advantage.
