🔑 Key Responsibilities
The Manager – Cricket Operations will be responsible for:
- Organizing meetings, preparing papers, and drafting minutes for the Chief Executives’ Committee (CEC) and Men’s Cricket Committee (MCC).
- Drafting and updating Standard Playing Conditions for ICC events and bilateral matches.
- Overseeing the Illegal Bowling Actions Program, including assessments, budgeting, and database management.
- Handling reports on Code of Conduct breaches, over rates, and player demerit points.
- Managing Clothing & Equipment Regulations, reviewing designs/logos, and approving manufacturers.
- Coordinating the preparation of the annual ICC Playing Handbook.
- Managing contracts for Player Rankings and ensuring timely settlements.
- Reviewing end-of-tour reports, pitch/outfield assessments, and venue approvals.
- Supervising the Duckworth–Lewis–Stern (DLS) system, contracts, and software updates.
- Preparing and managing the annual Cricket Operations budget.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management or equivalent (preferred).
- 5–7 years’ experience in operations within elite sports.
- Strong exposure to international/national sports bodies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, databases, scheduling tools, and cricket scoring platforms.
