🚚 Van Salesman (FMCG)
📍 Location: United Arab Emirates

🍽 Preferred Experience: Restaurant / HORECA Market Knowledge
Key Responsibilities
- Execute daily van sales operations and deliver products to on-premise clients such as restaurants, cafés, bakeries, and cafeterias.
- Promote and sell Mihan products to new and existing HORECA customers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow market presence within the HORECA sector.
- Maintain proper product rotation, merchandising, and stock handling to ensure quality and freshness.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and manage customer collections efficiently.
- Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with retailers and distributors to expand market coverage.
Requirements
- Proven experience in On-Premises / HORECA sales (mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of the restaurant and café market in the UAE.
- Previous FMCG sales experience in the UAE is highly preferred.
- Must possess a valid UAE Manual Driving License.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to speak Farsi and/or Arabic is an added advantage.
- Good familiarity with local market routes is a strong plus.
