Role Overview – Assistant Store Supervisor (Dubai)

The Assistant Store Supervisor plays a key leadership role in ensuring efficient daily operations, accurate inventory management, smooth order fulfillment, effective staff coordination, and superior customer service. This role supports the Store Supervisor in all operational areas and independently manages store performance during assigned shifts.

Key Responsibilities

1. Store Operations Management

Responsible for ensuring all daily store activities run efficiently, including:

  • Staff supervision
  • Ordering and replenishment

2. Staff Planning & Shift Scheduling

Supports the Store Supervisor in:

  • Efficient order picking

  • Food safety guidelines
