Role Overview
The Warehouse In-Charge will be part of the Commercial Vehicles – AFM TMHE Aftersales Division. Reporting to the Aftersales Manager, the role focuses on accurate inventory control, smooth warehouse operations, staff supervision, and compliance with safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage stock levels with timely reordering.
- Maintain accurate inventory and transaction records.
- Conduct audits and cycle counts to ensure accountability.
- Oversee receiving, storage, and dispatch of parts.
- Optimize warehouse layout for efficiency and workflow.
- Enforce health, safety, and company policies.
- Supervise, train, and schedule warehouse staff.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in warehouse or parts operations (automotive background preferred).
- Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and warehouse management.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with warehouse health & safety practices.
