About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will report directly to the Customer Service Manager and act as the main point of contact for clients. Your role involves managing the full order-to-cash cycle, coordinating between departments, and ensuring customer satisfaction through efficient service and communication.
You’ll also collaborate with sales, logistics, finance, and supply chain teams to streamline operations and maintain ADNOC’s high service standards.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Support
- Handle customer inquiries related to products, samples, and proforma invoices.
- Manage order processing from placement to delivery, ensuring timely fulfillment.
- Prepare and review export and shipping documents.
- Address complaints and urgent matters with professionalism and speed.
- Process returns, corrections, and issue credit/debit notes when necessary.
- Coordinate with supply chain, finance, and credit control teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow and customer satisfaction.
Customer Relations
- Understand client needs and resolve issues proactively.
- Maintain strong, professional relationships with key customers.
- Work closely with internal teams to provide accurate and efficient service.
Team Communication
- Serve as the liaison between customers and ADNOC departments.
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and external regulations.
- Keep accurate customer records and service documentation.
Candidate Requirements
ADNOC seeks enthusiastic and detail-oriented professionals with the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Knowledge of Vietnamese is an advantage for regional client interaction.
- Understanding of air/sea freight, logistics, and export documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
