About the Role
The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for driving dnata’s travel and corporate service sales within the B2B sector. This includes managing relationships with travel agencies, corporate travel planners, hotels, MICE organizers, and government clients.
Key aspects of the role include strategic sales planning, client acquisition, market analysis, and maintaining long-term business partnerships. The position also involves conducting presentations, leading negotiations, closing contracts, and achieving defined revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute approved B2B sales and marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through research and client engagement.
- Deliver professional sales presentations and performance reports to corporate clients.
- Build, manage, and retain strong customer relationships to ensure loyalty and satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in airport operations.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales/account management within aviation, travel, tourism, or ground handling.
- Strong negotiation, influencing, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred).
- Sound analytical and financial decision-making abilities.
- UAE Driving License is mandatory.
