✈️ Position: Store Inspector

Key Responsibilities

As a Store Inspector, you’ll report to the Logistics Supervisor and ensure full compliance with company and aviation regulatory standards. Your duties will include:

• Receiving, inspecting, and issuing stock, components, and tools as per procedures.
• Updating the inventory management system according to TPM procedures.
• Performing physical inspections and verifying documentation accuracy.
• Identifying and reporting damaged or incorrect materials.
• Managing proper storage and labeling of all materials and tools.
• Monitoring material shelf life and tool calibration, and disposing of expired items.
• Preparing shift handover reports to ensure seamless workflow.
• Ensuring compliance with GCAA/EASA/MOE inspection standards.
• Handling DGR (Dangerous Goods) and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) materials safely.
• Coordinating FSK and PFSC processes, including replenishment and outstation logistics.

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

• Education: High School Certificate or Diploma (minimum).
• Experience: At least 2 years in an airline or MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) environment.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with AMOS system preferred.
• Language: Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
• Work Schedule: Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and perform under pressure.
• Personal Attributes: Reliable, detail-oriented, and precise in a fast-paced environment.
