Position: Warehouse Supervisor
The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth execution of inbound and outbound logistics. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced in staff supervision, warehouse handling, and inventory control.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day warehouse activities including order processing, picking, packing, and dispatch.
- Lead and motivate warehouse staff to maintain productivity and safety standards.
- Perform regular stock checks, cycle counts, and system updates to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Prepare reports and track warehouse performance using Microsoft Excel.
- Utilize Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to monitor workflows.
- Coordinate with logistics and procurement teams to ensure seamless inbound and outbound operations.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational errors.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse supervision or logistics operations.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, and reporting).
- Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
