As an Airport Services Agent, you’ll be the face of Qatar Airways, ensuring passengers experience smooth, efficient, and welcoming service at every stage of their journey — from check-in and boarding to arrival and baggage collection. 🧳 Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during check-in, boarding, and arrival.
- Coordinate with internal airport teams such as baggage, ramp, and customer service staff.
- Verify travel documents, including passports and visas, to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Assist passengers with directions, lounge access, and transfer procedures.
- Support baggage operations and assist with claims or service recovery as required.
- Handle pre-flight and post-flight administrative tasks efficiently.
- Ensure adherence to safety, security, and Qatar Airways operational standards.
- Collaborate with cargo, catering, and ramp teams to support smooth flight operations.
🎯 Requirements
To qualify for this position, candidates should have:
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a customer service or airport operations role.
- Understanding of airport and ground handling procedures.
- Knowledge of Weight and Balance and Dangerous Goods handling (preferred).
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with customers from diverse backgrounds.
