Job Details
1. Construction Managers
Responsibilities:
- Full project execution and coordination
- Workforce supervision & resource allocation
- Budget and schedule management
- Quality control & client coordination
Requirements:
- Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management
- 8+ years UAE experience
- Strong leadership & reporting skills
- Knowledge of UAE construction standards
2. Softscape Engineers
Responsibilities:
- Landscape execution & plantation planning
- Irrigation support
- Soil analysis & material selection
- Sustainable landscaping
Requirements:
- Degree in Agricultural / Landscape Engineering
- Experience in large-scale softscape projects
- Knowledge of UAE climate vegetation
3. Softscape Supervisors
- Supervising on-site plantation works
- Material handling
- Quality checks and progress updates
UAE landscaping experience is mandatory.
4. Civil Supervisors
- Supervising structural, concrete & finishing works
- Managing subcontractors
- Daily reporting & safety enforcement
Civil diploma or trade certificate with UAE site experience preferred.
