Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Process customer payments using cash, cards, checks, or electronic methods.
- Record and manage transactions through dealership software.
- Issue receipts, refunds, credits, and exchanges accurately.
- Greet customers and assist with inquiries related to services, offers, and payments.
- Escalate unresolved issues to supervisors when necessary.
- Maintain a friendly, professional, and customer-focused approach.
- Count, verify, and balance cash drawers at the start and end of shifts.
- Report discrepancies and maintain detailed financial records for audits.
- Support sales, service, and parts departments as needed.
- Follow all compliance and security protocols to protect financial data.
- Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly financial summaries.

Qualifications & Experience
- 1–3 years of experience as a Cashier or in a transaction-handling role.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong numerical accuracy and basic accounting knowledge.
- Familiarity with POS systems and computer-based finance tools.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and sound judgment.
- High integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
