IT Administrator – Habitat School (North Gate British School, Ajman)

North Gate British School, part of the Habitat Group of Schools Ajman under the S&Z Group LLC, is currently seeking a qualified and experienced IT Administrator to join its technology-driven academic environment. Key Responsibilities

The IT Administrator will handle the installation, maintenance, and support of the school’s IT systems. Responsibilities include:

Providing daily technical support for students, staff, and teachers
Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware and software on Windows, macOS, and iOS
Managing Apple devices using JAMF or similar MDM tools
Maintaining smartboards, projectors, printers, and classroom technologies
Supporting ERP, LMS portals, and school email systems
Monitoring and resolving LAN/Wi-Fi and network connectivity issues
Managing IT inventory, documentation, data backup, and security
Assisting during exams, assessments, and school events with IT logistics
Coordinating with the central IT team for updates and vendor support

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
Minimum two years of IT support experience (school IT experience required)
Proficiency in Apple device management (JAMF preferred), Office 365, Google Workspace & networking
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills
Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced academic environment
