About the Role
As a Cashier at Kai Beach, you will handle all guest billing transactions with professionalism and accuracy. This role is essential in delivering a seamless guest journey—from arrival to departure.
You’ll not only manage payments but also contribute to creating memorable experiences by providing friendly, attentive service that reflects the Kai Beach brand.
Key Responsibilities
As a Cashier, your main duties include:
- Processing customer transactions using Micros Symphony with speed and accuracy.
- Maintaining correct cash float levels and ensuring proper documentation of billing transactions.
- Participating in daily briefings to stay updated on menus, promotions, and service standards.
- Presenting menus and offering suitable recommendations to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Keeping your counter clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Managing orders and payments while applying upselling techniques to boost sales.
- Collaborating with the service team to ensure smooth, efficient operations.
- Handling guest inquiries and resolving concerns promptly and professionally.
- Ensuring confidentiality of guest information.
- Providing warm farewells and encouraging repeat visits.
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Previous experience as a Cashier or F&B Server in hospitality or food service preferred.
- Familiarity with Micros Symphony POS or similar systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Positive attitude and commitment to excellent customer service.
- Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
