Role Overview: Bell Attendant
As a Bell Attendant, you are the first point of contact for guests arriving at the resort. With a warm, welcoming attitude and excellent service skills, you help ensure a seamless arrival, stay, and departure experience. Beyond luggage handling, you embody the resort’s hospitality standards and represent the brand with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely and promptly deliver guest luggage and personal items during check-in and check-out
- Manage guest messages, parcels, and other deliveries within the resort
- Offer a warm welcome and assist guests upon arrival
- Provide a brief room orientation, highlighting features and amenities
- Serve as a brand ambassador in the lobby area
- Assist guests with directions, information, and general inquiries
Candidate Requirements
- A customer-focused personality with a passion for hospitality
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Bell Attendant or in a Front Office role
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a busy environment
- Excellent communication skills and professional presentation
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Experience in luxury or upscale hotels is a plus
