Stock Keeper – Job Overview

The Stock Keeper ensures smooth warehouse operations by managing the flow of materials and spare parts for installation and service teams. This includes:

  • Goods receiving
  • Inventory control

Key Responsibilities

1. Warehouse Operations

  • Receive and store materials
  • Allocate bins and maintain proper labeling

2. Inventory Management

  • Conduct regular cycle counts and audits
  • Update inventory in ERP systems (SAP/WMS)

  • Strong skills in Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Good understanding of stock reconciliation and cycle counting
