Role Overview – Labeling Supervisor
The Labeling Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring:
- Correct and compliant labeling
- Batch traceability
- QC documentation accuracy

This role directly contributes to patient safety, product integrity, and regulatory adherence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily labeling and packaging activities
- Ensure compliance with UAE healthcare labeling standards
- Monitor barcode accuracy, batch traceability, and expiry details
- Implement and maintain QC procedures
- Train and guide labeling/packaging staff
- Verify documentation, SOP compliance, and audit preparedness
- Investigate labeling issues and apply corrective actions
- Coordinate with QA, production, and warehouse teams
- Maintain safety protocols and operational discipline
- Optimize workflow efficiency and productivity
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s in Supply Chain, Quality, Industrial Operations, or related fields
- 2–3 years of experience in labeling, packaging, or regulated production
- Knowledge of serialization, batch coding, and traceability
- Strong understanding of healthcare labeling regulations
- Experience in shift or team supervision
- Familiarity with GMP standards and audit preparation
