Key Responsibilities
Receiving & Storing Supplies
- Receive goods and transport them to designated storage areas
- Organize products neatly and efficiently
- Maintain storerooms in a clean, secure, and orderly condition
Issuing & Inventory Control
- Issue requested items to hotel departments
- Record daily stock movements in the system
- Prepare and submit daily F&B receiving reports
- Conduct monthly physical stock checks
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder items as needed
- Generate slow-moving stock reports
Quality Control
- Follow proper stock rotation procedures, especially for perishables
- Report any damaged, spoiled, or expired items
- Ensure all products are stored according to safety and hygiene standards
Administrative Tasks
- Assist with daily ordering and prepare inventory documentation
- Follow Radisson’s brand standards for filing, labeling, and record-keeping
- Adhere to all fire safety and workplace safety regulations
Additional Duties
- Support supervisors and the Head Storekeeper with assigned tasks
- Guide the delivery of incoming goods
- Ensure accurate documentation during all stock movements
