Role Purpose

The Junior Buyer is responsible for managing non-contractual local purchases in line with internal business requirements. This includes procurement execution, supplier communication, maintaining accurate data, and resolving supplier-related non-conformance issues (NCRs). By ensuring timely sourcing and quality compliance, the role contributes significantly to operational efficiency and service excellence.


Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Experience

Educational Requirements

  • High School Certificate or Diploma (mandatory)
  • Qualification in Supply Chain Management or Procurement (preferred)

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or a sourcing-related role
  • Hands-on experience with purchase order processing and supplier coordination

Required Skills
