Role Summary
The Assistant Store Manager / Store Supervisor supports the Store Manager in ensuring a superior customer experience, achieving sales goals, and maintaining visual and operational standards. This is a hands-on leadership role offering great potential for career advancement within the luxury retail sector.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized styling advice
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with accurate CRM tracking
- Support daily store operations including scheduling, reporting, and inventory management
- Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand guidelines
- Monitor KPIs, review store performance, and assist in action planning
- Mentor and motivate team members to maintain a high-performance culture
- Represent APM Monaco professionally and uphold brand values
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in luxury or fashion retail
- At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- Proven sales performance and CRM knowledge
- Excellent communication skills; English required (Arabic or additional languages are a plus)
- Confident, approachable, and customer-focused personality
- Passion for fashion jewelry and the APM Monaco brand
- Candidates with slightly less experience may be considered for the Store Supervisor role
