Requirements
To qualify for the Warehouse Helper position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Education: Minimum 10th Grade pass (must be able to read and write in English).
- Physical Fitness: Capable of lifting 20 kg or more and performing physically demanding tasks.
- Health & Stamina: Strong, healthy, and able to work efficiently under pressure.
- Work Skills: Able to multitask, work independently, and resolve issues effectively.
- Teamwork: Cooperative, reliable, and maintains a positive work attitude.

Job Description
The Warehouse Helper supports daily warehouse operations to ensure seamless workflow and timely order fulfillment. Key duties include:
- Material Handling: Safely loading and unloading goods to prevent damage.
- Delivery Support: Ensuring all assigned deliveries are completed on schedule.
- Reporting: Promptly identifying and reporting any discrepancies or issues.
- Customer Service: Maintaining professionalism and courteous behavior with customers.
- Operational Efficiency: Completing assigned warehouse tasks accurately and on time.
- Equipment Use: Safely operating HHT (Hand Held Terminals) and MHEs (Material Handling Equipment).
- Order Fulfillment: Picking and packing items per the pick list with attention to accuracy.
- Inventory Movement: Transferring materials to designated staging areas while preventing loss or damage.
- Resource Management: Minimizing waste of packaging and consumables.
- Workplace Maintenance: Keeping personal and workspace hygiene at high standards.
- Stock Care: Handling goods carefully to ensure zero handling damage throughout the process.
