Position: MEP Supervisor
Requirements
- 3–5 years of Facilities Management experience with expertise in MEP systems
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Preference for candidates available to join immediately
- Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills
- Knowledge of safety standards, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee MEP Systems – Manage installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing operations
- Lead Teams – Supervise technicians, assign tasks, and monitor performance
- Maintenance Management – Ensure timely preventive and corrective maintenance
- Safety Compliance – Follow health, safety, and environmental standards
- Client Coordination – Provide technical support, prepare reports, and maintain clear communication
- Resource Optimization – Monitor manpower and tools for cost-effective service delivery
Skills Required
- Technical expertise in HVAC, electrical circuits, plumbing, and firefighting systems
- Strong team management and coordination abilities
- Problem-solving skills for complex MEP issues
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems)
- Ability to multitask under pressure
