Job Title: Logistics Coordinator

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (UAE experience preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and monitor all transportation and vehicle maintenance activities
  • Allocate vehicles to sites as per schedule and operational requirements
  • Coordinate with HR & Admin to ensure timely renewal of Mulkiya, permits, insurance, and related documentation
  • Track vehicle GPS movements to monitor locations and validate overtime (OT) hours

Skills Required:

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication skills
