About the Role
As an Airport Services Agent, you will represent Qatar Airways at every passenger touchpoint, delivering exceptional service and ensuring that the airline’s standards of safety, security, and hospitality are consistently maintained. From check-in to boarding, and arrivals to lounges, you will be at the heart of creating a stress-free journey for every traveler.
The role also involves close collaboration with airport departments and service providers, making it both dynamic and rewarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer service across all passenger areas.
- Work closely with check-in, boarding gates, lounges, and cargo teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Supervise and support service partners to maintain efficiency and service quality.
- Guide passengers through arrival halls, transfer desks, boarding gates, and lounges.
- Check and verify travel documents, including visas and residence permits.
- Coordinate with ground handling staff, baggage services, catering, and fueling providers to ensure timely aircraft turnaround.
- Handle administrative tasks, company mail, and flight-related documentation.
- Assist with baggage claims and resolve passenger issues promptly.
- Ensure full compliance with safety and security standards.
- Support operational excellence and on-time flight departures.
Qualifications & Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree with prior airport or customer-facing experience.
- Strong understanding of airport functions (passenger handling, baggage services, weight and balance, dangerous goods regulations).
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
