Minimum Skills & Requirements

Applicants attending the Open Day must meet strict performance and safety benchmarks, including:

• Swimming 100 meters freestyle
• Swimming 100 meters backstroke
• Completing 50 meters in under 60 seconds
• A 2-meter dive to recover a 4kg object from the pool bottom
• Swimming 10 meters on their back carrying a 4kg object
• Treading water for 5 minutes nonstop

In addition to physical ability, candidates must bring:

• An updated CV
• Educational certificates
• A valid UAE Lifeguard License (mandatory for interview)
