  • Monitor and inspect storage conditions — temperature, humidity, and safety compliance.
  • Keep inventory well-organized with proper labeling in the ICARUS Inventory Control System.

2. Documentation & System Updates

  • Update and track all inventory movements using the RAL System — including shelf life, calibration, and tool usage.
  • Pre-load system data for Aircraft Daily Defects (ADD) and Maintenance Deferred Defects (MDD).

3. Coordination & Support

  • Issue and manage tools and spare parts per scheduled maintenance plans.
  • Coordinate with the Rotables Team and vendors for repairs, replacements, or unserviceable parts.
  • Support logistics for deliveries, returns, and the movement of engines, APUs, and Dangerous Goods (DG).
  • Prepare stock reports and suggest corrective actions for discrepancies.

4. Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure compliance with GCAA regulations, company safety protocols, and quality standards.
  • Assist the Stores Supervisor in maintaining cleanliness, order, and safety within the stores area.
