Role Overview

As the Team Leader – Holidays, you will manage a team of travel consultants within the Holidays and Cruises department. The role focuses on boosting sales performance, handling premium travel bookings, and ensuring seamless operations. You’ll serve as both a strategic leader and a hands-on sales contributor.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Strategy & Growth

• Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and conversions.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align campaigns with business goals.
• Track and analyze performance metrics to ensure continuous improvement.

2. High-Value Bookings Management

• Handle complex and luxury travel itineraries, including long-haul holidays and cruise packages.
• Provide expert consultation, quotations, and after-sales support to clients.
• Foster long-term client relationships to drive repeat business.

3. Team Leadership & Development

• Supervise and mentor travel consultants to achieve individual and team targets.
• Conduct regular reviews, feedback sessions, and training programs.
• Motivate the team to uphold service excellence and meet business objectives.

4. Operational Coordination

• Oversee daily sales reports, CRM entries, and operational records.
• Liaise with finance, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and service standards.

Candidate Profile

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Business Administration, or Hospitality Management.
• Certifications such as IATA or CLIA are a plus.

Experience:

• 3–5 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and travel booking software.
• Experience in both B2B and B2C travel operations preferred.
