Role Overview

As a Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing daily operations of Etihad’s technical stores while ensuring compliance with aviation safety and quality standards. Reporting to the Manager – Stores & Logistics, you will work closely with departments like Technical Maintenance, Compliance & Quality, and Corporate Safety to uphold the airline’s world-class operational standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage all bonded technical store operations including spares segregation, storage, and inventory control in compliance with GCAA and OEM requirements.
  • Continuously assess and improve storekeeping systems, workflows, and procedures.
  • Oversee day-to-day technical store activities to ensure 24/7 material support for maintenance teams.
  • Supervise tool store operations, ensuring proper tool control and availability.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile customer inventories accurately.
  • Maintain full compliance with company safety manuals and promote a strong safety culture.
  • Organize manpower effectively to meet operational and maintenance needs.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in aviation maintenance stores or logistics, preferably in an airline environment.
  • Prior supervisory experience is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of aviation technical documentation, spares management, and ERP systems (e.g., AMOS).
